Over a decade teaching in public schools and performing for children from infants through elementary schoolers, I've developed a solid repertoire of songs and musical activities for kids of all ages. I call it music that kids and parents can groove to. My repertoire for kids parties is geared towards movement, and I like to use the Venezuelan cuatro -- a four stringed guitar similar to the ukelele -- because it's so small that I can dance and move around while playing.

My core repertoire for kids' parties includes:

Pepe the puppet usually makes an appearance at my parties for kids, but if you want something even more lively for your party, I can come with another musician or two. When I'm part of a duo or trio, I bring my acoustic bass, so the sound is more profound.
